Retro "Anywhere, Anytime" Pocket Personal Alarm and Flash Light

This retro "Anywhere, Anytime" Pocket Personal Alarm and Flash Light is a rare and very collectable item from the 1960s/70s, still in original box.
 
This item has worked before but would need some minor repairs and batteries.  It could also be a striking item for a shop display or for a collector who could fix it or use for spare parts!
 
The box/item shows very minor wear and tear in line with its age and usage.
